Contact Form

The processing of this data is based on Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b GDPR, provided that your request is related to the fulfillment of a contract or is necessary for the implementation of pre-contractual measures. In all other cases, the processing is based on our legitimate interest in the effective processing of the inquiries addressed to us (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR). The data is transmitted internally to the responsible contact persons and processed by our hosting and email service providers insofar as this is necessary for delivery and technical handling of the message.

We store contact form data only for as long as necessary to process the request and any follow-up questions. If no statutory retention obligations apply, the data is regularly deleted once the matter has been conclusively handled. Technical mail logs are retained for a limited period for security and troubleshooting purposes and are then deleted.

Server Log Files

The provider of the pages automatically collects and stores information in so-called server log files, which your browser automatically transmits to us. Registration / Employee Area

You can register on this website to access the employee area. The data entered during registration (name, email address, password hash, verification and status information, IP address, and time of registration) is used exclusively to create, verify, activate and administer your user account and to protect access to the internal area.

The processing is carried out for the performance of pre-contractual measures and for the provision of the requested account functionality pursuant to Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b GDPR, as well as on the basis of our legitimate interest in secure account administration and abuse prevention pursuant to Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR.

The registration data is stored for as long as the user account exists. After deletion or permanent deactivation of the account, the data is deleted unless statutory retention obligations or overriding legitimate interests, in particular for the defense against legal claims or the clarification of security incidents, require longer storage.

5. Analytics and Advertising

Google Analytics

This website uses functions of the web analytics service Google Analytics. The provider is Google Ireland Limited ("Google"), Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland.

Google Analytics enables the website operator to analyze the behavior of website visitors. The website operator receives various usage data, such as page views, duration of visit, operating systems used, and the origin of the user. This data is assigned to the user's end device. It is not linked to a user ID.

Furthermore, Google Analytics allows us to record, among other things, your mouse and scroll movements and clicks. Google Analytics also uses various modeling approaches to supplement the collected data sets and uses machine learning technologies in the data analysis.

IP anonymization: Google Analytics 4 does not store or log complete IP addresses. IP addresses are anonymized by Google before any storage takes place; the full IP address is never written to disk.

6. External Content

Google Maps

On our About page, we offer an interactive map provided by Google Maps. The provider is Google Ireland Limited (“Google”), Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland.

The map is blocked by default and is not loaded automatically. Only after you select “Load Google Maps” does your browser establish a connection to Google. In the process, your IP address, technical browser and device information, and data required to display the map may be transmitted to Google. Google may also store or read cookies and similar technologies on your device.

The map is loaded on the basis of your consent pursuant to Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a GDPR and § 25 para. 1 TDDDG. By selecting the button, you give your consent for that loading process. This decision is not stored by us. You can use the address displayed on the page without activating the map.

7. Communication via WhatsApp

We offer the option to contact us via WhatsApp. The provider is Meta Platforms Ireland Limited, 4 Grand Canal Square, Grand Canal Harbour, Dublin 2, Ireland.

When you contact us via WhatsApp, the content of your messages and your phone number are transmitted to Meta's servers. Meta may transfer this data to servers in the USA. The legal basis for this processing is Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR (legitimate interest in providing convenient contact options) or Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b GDPR if the contact is related to a pre-contractual or contractual relationship.

Please note that if you use WhatsApp, Meta may process your communication metadata (e.g., time and frequency of messages) in accordance with WhatsApp's own terms of service. We recommend using our contact form or email if you prefer not to share data with Meta.
